jquery - Make Bootstrap work on Webpart resize? -

I am working on a SharePoint 2010 site. A page can have more than one web part and users can resize a web part according to their requirement.

Bootstrap works on one page on window resize, can they anyway create bootstrap to work in the size of the Web Part?

I want to make every web part individually liable despite screen resolution.

For example, I have a separate SharePoint page with 2 separate widths in Web Parts & amp; Height Say, WebProp 1: 800x480, Web 2: 400x600, Window Resolution: 1920x1080

Now if I change the width of 1 to 1200 on the Web, then I Want to create Webpart1 responsive for new width only Bootstrap WebPart 2 & amp; The window remains in the form of resolution.
