joomla - Can't find JED Submit Extension Button -

I registered, the selected category was in depth because there is no sub category but no one is submitting, adding Or upload button. Can anyone tell me what I could do wrong?

JED has disabled extension submissions (October 31st) until they are new components All existing extensions are migrated to / on the site. It is expected that it will be completed on November 7.
