Google compute engine not initialized on new project -

I have started a new project on Google Cloud but I am unable to use the compute engine. I get the following message even after 6-7 hours.

Google Compute Engine is not yet ready to use in the project if Google Compute Engine is still enabled, or the first time you use Google Compute Engine in the project this may take several minutes.

Is there something I'm missing or is there a problem?

I removed the project and created a new one and it worked

if If someone wants to see Google, I would love to tell you what happened.
