apache2 - Apache server easy URL navigation -

This may be the easiest question for you.

How can I navigate the Apache server automatically for example by doing so folder:

phpmyadmin works like this when I type local host / phpmyadmin The phpmyadmin's login page shows, but there is no folder phpmyadmin in my FTP, so the server knows where the redirect is and my question is how can I get it.
