c++ - AutoUpdate.dll & AutoUpdate.lib -

I am trying to compile a program that I am not familiar with using VS 2013 Express Edition. On compile, it says that "FXress H" can not open the file. Some people told me that it can be decided that with windows on FXS's place. tried it. However, it seems that another linking error has arisen. It says that the input file can not open 'AutoUpdate.lib'. AutoUpdate.lib can not be found in your computer, but instead, I have automatically added the updated Update DLL to the solution. Still struggling to solve this problem, does anyone help me compile this program? Thank you for this really will be appreciated.
