javascript - Visual Studio Multi-device hybrid failed to fetch package information error -

I have installed the Visual Studio Extension Multi-Device Hybrid, all of which is fine when I run a new project with someone Cordova plug-in enabled battery status I am getting the error message below but if I remove or disable all plugins then it is working fine. Did anyone have any idea about the error dump below or experienced the problem before? Thank you.
