report - How to use pto_header in RML? -

I did a report that was doing the right thing, but I realized that when there are many pages, headers and footers Only showing in the first page.

So I changed the & lt; Pto & gt; , & lt; Pto_header & gt; and & lt; Started using pto_trailer & gt; . But they are not working as expected, for example, when I only use pto_header : 

  & lt; Story & gt; & Lt; Pto & gt; & Lt; Pto_header & gt; & Lt; Paragraph style = "p1" & gt; & Lt; Font color = "white" & gt; & Lt; / Font & gt; & Lt; / Paragraph & gt; & Lt; BlockTable colWidths = "480.0" style = "Table 1" & gt; & Lt; TR & gt; & Lt; TD & gt; & Lt; Paragraph style = "header_td" & gt; My column & lt; / Paragraph & gt; & Lt; / TD & gt; & Lt; / TR & gt; & Lt; / BlockTable & gt; & Lt; / Pto_header & gt; & Lt; BlockTable colWidths = "480.0" style = "Table 2" & gt; & Lt; TR & gt; & Lt; Paragraph style = "terp_default_8" & gt; [[Repeat (objects, 'o')]]  pto_header  is being shown only on the last page of the report and if I have a  Pto_trailer , the result is the other way  pto_trailer  is shown only on the first page. 
 
 Can anyone explain to me what I am doing?

I am trying to apply a stylesheet for QGroupBox (QT4.8), which works on the normal screen ( 96 dpi) high resolution screen (Yoga 2 Pro, 3200x1800, 275 dpi, windows 8.1). The following style looks good on the 275 dpi screen, but the top margins on a regular 96 dpi screen are far too big. QGroupBox {border: 1px solid red; Range radius: 7px; Margin-top: 12x; } QGroupBox :: Title {subcontrol-origin: margin; Subcontrol-position: left above; Padding-left: 10px; Padding-right: 10px; } Changing the top-margin has an effect, but I did not get a proper setting which works on both screens. If I shorten the value, the content of the group box overlaps with the title on 275 dpi screen. I was also playing with units "East", "PX", "MX", "PT".
