amazon ec2 - Connect to Redshift from Rackspace -

I need some help in trying to connect to my redshift cluster from a rackspace box.

I can connect properly to my ec2 instances and to my local machine. I checked (and checked again) and verified all the connection parameters and they work fine in my code, only the difference is in the environment, that is, when I try to connect to my ec2 example, this is fine Works, but when I try to connect with my rackspace box, I get the following error

DB failed to connect to the server failed: the connection was too Is running on ended the Host "my_redshift_cluster_host_name" (Clstr_ip) and accepting TCP / IP connections on port & lt; Cluster_port & gt; In the Amazon Console, under Security, in your security group, in your security group, you check that you have added a backspace box under Public IP (CIDR / IP).

You have to authorize Public IP for the RK Space Box.
