Capybara won't start the web server when 'rspec spec' is used but does it only when 'rspec spec/features' is used -

This issue has been originally described in the topic. I really do not know whether this problem is the RSPC problem or the capsara one. I have not found anything on the web about this issue, Diving in the Capibara code has not helped me, I am using the capybara-webkit driver.

I am trying to apply a stylesheet for QGroupBox (QT4.8), which works on the normal screen ( 96 dpi) high resolution screen (Yoga 2 Pro, 3200x1800, 275 dpi, windows 8.1). The following style looks good on the 275 dpi screen, but the top margins on a regular 96 dpi screen are far too big.
