Azure: Cannot Configure a VM Size beyond A0-A4 -

Trying to increase the size of the virtual machine on the A2 (2 core, 3.5 GB) machine from my Azer membership. I

The only option available for this particular VM on the Configuration tab for the D3 (4 core, 14 GB) machine is> Virtual Machine Sizes: - A0 - A1 - A2 - A3 - A4

me The A5 or D3 virtual machine sizes are not available - although they are available for other virtual machines within my subscription. We have another one- Ray had some other VM with the same preference - our membership machines make VM (as well as the gallery) can be extended to all the memory and CPU intensive versions (A5 or D 3, D 4).

Is there any way that will allow me to upgrade this old VM to the new specification of the virtual machine?

According to the Azure MSDN article " For the virtual machine and cloud service size blue "Here: You can not raise the size of" basic "category VM in size larger than A4. Therefore, it seems that you will need to use "Standard category" instead.

If the option of switching to "Standard category" is not available for this "VM", then it can be obvious that VM "APR 16, 2013" was created due to the old Datacenter 4 will not be upgraded to grow larger than that in which they live.
