jquery - Restrict IFRAME to change parent URL -

This question is wandering around the internet but there is no clear suggestion. I am posting this question to get a clear and straightforward answer.

I have the website in the website. I have the IFRAME IFRAME loads with a URL IFRAME URL / page contains a Java script which checks the following: 

  Browser = Mobile Browser then Top Location = Self Location

-> This change URL URL to the IFRAME URL.

Is there a way to stop changing URLs?

PS: The IFRAM URL is in a different domain.
