.net - ASP.Net website showing me code errors on IIS8 than dont happen on Visual Studio -

I created my asp.NET web app on Visual Studio 2013 and everything works perfectly, but when I But it was published (on Windows Server 2012) I get blank reference exceptions, which do not make any sense because the code works perfectly well on the studio.

Do I have to install something on my machine? I honestly do not know what to do, can someone help me?
