How does a remote shutter for camera work on Android/iOS? -
I recently ran on a remote shutter for the built-in camera app using Bluetooth on Android / iOS I am
Here's an example link to the product: (Understanding Technology / Mechanism, not here to advertise but)
As far as I know, It is possible to send remote commands in in-built camera applications because there is no really app for in-app, apps have apps to control remote commands
However, the above video Shows that Bluetooth remote Such a remote control has been achieved using the shutter. I found that there is no need to install an external app to use such a remote shutter device. Is the device only sending touch event action to the phone?
I think my real question is, how would such a remote device send the existing in-built camera app to 'take photo' command?
Thank you,
