git - Unable to start openssh server windows 7 -

I get 

  OpenSSH service can not be started The service did not report an error

When I try and more help is available by running net start startdd .

There is no OpenGL log file in Var / log for any reason.

I have been opened as a command prompt administrator and I have installed the passwd file. Any idea why this is happening?
