windows 7 - Access a shared local folder with html -

On our network, I want to share a folder where I will store my data such as images and videos I I want to host our HTML in the cloud and in the context of property locally.

I have shared a folder called test and the path is:

Anyone on your iPad will simply navigate to the website and will look at the property as a normal webpage as long as they are on the local network.

It was working on the above syntax and after a power failure it stopped. I'm using Windows 7.

Our DNS name was not registered on our server. The simple answer was actually from Sejosz I could access the shared folder using a static IP and a webserver.
