asp.net - Sending Email using Sendgrid Fire and forget -

We are running an ASP.net MVC4.5 web application, and we have this API and point which does the following

  1. Send an email using SendGrid (normal sync code)
  2. Send notification using Azure Notification Services
  3. Third Trigger another endpoint in the party soap service (We are using blue storage queues here and a worksheet, because the endpoint of the third party is insensible I may need to redo the call)
