Will upgrading Sonarqube from 3.3.2 to 4.5.1 cause DB table changes -

I'm looking to upgrade from 3.3.5 to 4.5.1 up to the Sonnackbe. However, will it cause a change in the database?

Yes.

I do not know how to make a better answer, besides pointing to whether you want to peer at or consistently or if you are done under the hood.

Note that 3.3.2 is a fully up-to-date upgrade path 4.5.1 fully supported, so you do not have to apply the Intermediate upgrade manually.
