how to update openstreetmap (OSM) with android app -

I see how one can easily contribute to openstreetmap. That's why I was searching an app on Android that could take my GPS track or when I travel, OpenStreamMap should be updated. I checked and much more but this functionality could not be found. But I think there should be something simple app through which I can contribute to OpenStreamMap.

A GPX track can not automatically lead to OSM data updates Fixes as an additional data source when editing.

In addition to both OSMand and OSMtracker, I am able to upload a track to the OSM as far as I know.
